There's a film out at the moment called Lars and the Real Girl. For some reason I keep mentally reading this as "Lars and the Real Doll." I imagine that this would be the offbeat yet heartwarming story of a young man and his sexual relationship with his lifesize latex plaything.
Yeah... thought it might just be me.
While we're on the subject of men named Lars, Lars von Trier has a new comedy out at the moment called The Boss of It All, which I intend seeing in the next few days. Review to follow.

I think I read a synopsis of it before that was so vague I didn't realise that was what it was about!
